Location: On the 49th parallel with Sweetgrass, Montana to the south. Coutts/Sweetgrass Port of Entry is a major border crossing on U.S. Highway 15 and Highway 4 and is the only 24-hour border crossing in Alberta. Population 277. Coutts offers a wide range of travel services, including accommodations, camping, restaurants, convenience store, post office, churches, service station, bar and bank for money exchange. Large duty free stores are located on both sides of the border.
